Management Team Lawrence Reusing

• Chief Executive Officer

  Lawrence Reusing has been the CEO of Memory Experts International since May 2005. In this role he guides the company’s strategic direction and facilitates relationships with key government and industry partners. Prior to his role as CEO, Lawrence served as Memory Experts’ Vice President of Business Development for 10 years. During this time he built strong partnerships with leading manufacturers including Konica Minolta, Kyocera Mita, Panasonic and Ricoh, making Memory Experts a global leader in the office equipment industry. Lawrence also set the direction for the development of the CustomUsbDesign Security division. Lawrence holds a BA in Economics from McGill University.

• Julian Reusing

  President, North America

  Julian Reusing has over 10 years experience in sales and marketing and is responsible for overseeing sales and hardware engineering as well as other responsibilities in North America for Memory Experts International and the CustomUsbDesign Security division. Previously Julian held the position of COO of Memory Experts International, in which he was responsible for the company’s engineering, purchasing, production and flow of raw material. This involved managing the supply chain, including long-term strategic relationships with global manufacturers.

• Gerard Reusing

  President, Europe & Asia

  Gerard Reusing is co-founder of Memory Experts International and was appointed President in 2005. He was instrumental in launching the company’s CustomUsbDesign Security Division, focusing on the manufacturing, sale and distribution of a unique line of portable security solutions. Prior to his current role at Memory Experts, Gerard held the positions of Chief Operations Officer and Managing Director for European Operations, in which he is credited for significantly expanding the company’s OEM business worldwide. He is responsible for driving all sales and marketing efforts in Europe and Asia.

• Larry Hamid

  Chief Technology Officer, CustomUsbDesign Security Division

  Larry Hamid has over 12 years of experience in the information security industry and as CTO of CustomUsbDesign Security he is responsible for the technology vision and the development of portable security devices and software solutions. Larry began his career at American Biometric Company where he developed fingerprint recognition technology and industry-leading authentication and single sign-on solutions. He then held Director of Research and Program Management positions at ActivCard (now ActivIdentity), where he further developed integrated biometric and smart card authentication technology. Larry holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from McMaster University.

• Dave Fry

  Executive Vice President, Santa Ana Operations

  Dave Fry, Executive VP, oversees all day-to-day global manufacturing activities, and is responsible for ensuring that Memory Experts International maintains world-class quality through Total Quality Management systems. Dave joined Memory Experts in 2000, and was directly responsible for implementing the company’s ISO: 9001 & 14001 certified systems and has equipped the manufacturing facilities with the most advanced machinery available to exceed industry-recognized testing standards. Prior to Memory Experts, Dave worked for several years at Seagate Technology as director of operations, director of manufacturing, and plant manager at various media manufacturing locations throughout the United States and Northern Ireland.

• Jack Sebbag

  Vice President of Sales, North America, CustomUsbDesign Security Division

  Jack Sebbag has over 22 years of sales and executive management experience in the Information Technology market and is responsible for driving all sales and marketing efforts in North America for CustomUsbDesign Security. Prior to joining CustomUsbDesign Security, Jack held such positions as Regional Director of Technology sales at Oracle and Vice President and General Manager at McAfee, where he was instrumental in building and developing a best-of-class sales organization and driving record sales growth. Jack holds a BA in Economics and Industrial Relations from McGill University.
